Dr Nara

Nara is a highly experienced Advanced Scope Oral Health Therapist with over 16 years in the dental profession. She began her career graduating as a Dental Hygienist in 2009, later completing her Bachelor of Oral Health in 2012 at the University of Adelaide. She further advanced her clinical qualifications by completing a Graduate Certificate in Dental Therapy- Advanced Clinical Practice at the University of Melbourne.

Nara has worked across both private and public dental settings, giving her extensive experience treating patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Her time in public health strengthened her commitment to accessible, preventative, and community-focused dental care.

In addition to clinical practice, Nara contributed to the education of future clinicians as a Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor for Dental Hygiene students at RMIT University from 2014 to 2016. In this role, she mentored students in developing strong clinical foundations and professional standards.

Clinically, Nara has a particular interest in comprehensive dental examinations, preventative and minimally invasive care, restorative treatments including fillings, stainless steel crowns for children, fissure sealants and both take-home and in-chair teeth whitening. She is known for her gentle, thorough approach and her ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Nara enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, gardening, and reading.
